July 12, 2006 at 09:02,   JoJo said: ...in case it wasn't clear - the tasks are not self appointed; my friends at church have all written them for me...I wouldn't normally consider sucking turtles
July 12, 2006 at 09:01,   JoJo said: Bye everyone - I'm heading off to China tomorrow morning. I'll be using both http://spaces.msn.com/joa nnejjma and www.xanga.com/jjma as websites, and you can contact me using jojoinchina@gmail.com (but please don't use certain words). I'd love to hear from you all during the semester. I'll be putting up pictures of "things I have to do before I leave China". So far, some of them include eating turtle soup and sucking the head of a turtle, spitting on the street with video proof and taking pictures of male urinals with poo in them (gonna be difficult). We'll see how I go on these tasks. If you have any of your own, feel free to send them to me and I'll see what I can do. Take care everyone & GallBladder you all. Be good! Love Jo

July 9, 2006 at 22:47,   Jeram said: sorry moses.. but your dream run had to finish sometime... and just like Australia, it took Italy to beat you

July 9, 2006 at 22:25,   Tim said: wow, those venezuelans have serious issues
July 9, 2006 at 13:31,   Jeram said: (i also think there is a socio-economic.. or atleats geopgraphic bias in the results of the tipping contest... Andrew Close Heights is obviously winning thus far, followed by glorious Newcastle and almighty IH, then Perth, cello-land, Adelaide, Denial-ville, A-place-near-IH-reserve.. . then we drift down into the lower ranks of "Sydney", jeso house, fifa-ref-ville (yes i assume "free"=free kicks awarded for dives?) and finally the lowest place of all, Thurgoona............... thus obviously the better your geographic location, the better you tip!
July 9, 2006 at 13:26,   Jeram said: It has been a pleasure tipping with all of you, and I look forward to doing it again next yr with you in the Rugby World Cup, and also the Cricket World Cup... although I do feel they will be lacking in the upsets that the Football World Cup always brings, the sheer joy, triumphs and tears of misery that are shed worldwide. More countries compete in the Worldcup that do in the Olympics, more than are in the United Nations, and more than in Cricket or Rugby thats for sure! (i think the only more widely played game is spider solitare on windows) Football truly is the world game, and I love it. But rightnow I must rest before the final test of my tipping abilities.. I have predicted Italy shall be victorious, despite my better wishes as an Aussie for the diving cheaters to lose... and soon we shall see.. Jeram or Moses... Italy or France...Heaven or Hell(?!?!?)... which will it be? Let us all watch this one last glorious spectacle to see as our fates our decided!!!!!! :-D
July 9, 2006 at 13:21,   Jeram said: well in a few short hours it shall all be decided... can Itlay get up against an ever improving French side? Can the Italian Dive carry them through, or will Zinedine Zidane be too much? Will Momo win the competition he has clearly led from the start, or will the underdog jeram triumph? How much has each team bribed the FIFA refs? Soon these questions and more shall be answered as the greatest tournament of the greatest game on Earth concludes for another 4 years.

July 9, 2006 at 04:31,   Ron from Newcastle said: okay guys.....this is it! THE FINAL DAYS OF THE BANTER BOARD. it's been fun, great highs and lows. It's provided good relief from exams, been a place to chill out and laugh at crazy pics of Momo, but most importantly, allowed me to beat RnB and Ghana girl (as a said I would). Bye bye banter board...You served us well. *salutes*

July 5, 2006 at 21:59,   Jeram said: gah! can't believe that. france so didnt deserve to win. portugal was better team. i wanted portugal to be ones to take down italy.. would have been brilliant! portugal have never won worldcup before, so to beat the Azzuri... :D... oh well, it'll have to be the french.. atleast its not the english!
July 5, 2006 at 20:54,   Jeram said: ok so its half time and duck and I are both very disappointed. Portugal, who are obviously playing the better game so far, are losing because of another dubious ref decision, which gave France a direct penalty. the portugal player may have been trying to take out the player, but if i can decide from watching the replay over and over, how could ref decide? it honestly looks like he went for ball with right foot, slipped and left foot flailed out and clipped french guy's leg.... anyways, atleast the ref isnt card crazy!!!
July 5, 2006 at 18:05,   Jeram said: ahhh... long trip... anyways, jojo how was the move? and joyce, u'r duck is in my close protecton. He shall be joining for the soccer soon :-D
July 5, 2006 at 18:00,   Jeram said: aha! back in the red!! i mean umm... i'm home for all u non-red dwarf nerds. anyways, viva la portugal!!!! and viva la italy!!!
