Meanwhile Ryan Keogh appears to have fallen victim to something of a hangover after his 1998 success, hovering just above the bottom in 29th place. Mr Cantor currently leads the staff entrants in ninth place, with Mr Hopkins doing worst in 28th. Chris Daniels' tactics of predicting all 2-2 draws failed miserably; he is currently rooted to the bottom of the table.

Diamonds sparkle Rushden & Diamonds 0 Leeds Utd 0 Rushden and Diamonds, a team in the Football Conference, were supposed to be the underdogs, but they showed their true potential when they held Leeds, a club chasing the Premiership title, to a goalless draw. Leeds were the better side in the first half, but the defiant goalkeeping of Rushden's Ian Feuer kept Leeds' Kewell and Hasselbaink at bay, as Rushden created the better chances. Rushden's confidence grew in the 76th minute, when Woodgate of Leeds was sent off, and they could have easily won it in the closing stages. A valuable replay beckons.
